Garry analyzes data for the Phillips McDougall’s AgrAspire crop protection market database. He also works alongside our crop protection and seed analysts on the AgriService and SeedService, and provide insights from data in AgrAspire.
As well as analyzing and developing data for the crop protection market database, Garry has also been involved in patent analysis. He uses various patent metrics to derive more value from patent information. He is heavily involved in using data visualization and analytics software to develop new opportunities for Phillips McDougall's product range.
Garry started at Phillips McDougall in January 2011 as a Graduate Assistant. Prior to that he studied BSc Hons Ecology at the University of Stirling, graduating with a first class degree in May 2010. After graduating, he worked surveying bumblebee populations in the North Pennines and volunteering for conservation organizations.
