Grady Ferguson
Adam Ferguson provides fundamental analysis in the markets for corn, soybeans and wheat for the Informa Economics IEG Research Group. He has hands-on experience as a grain buyer and commodities trader, and combines this with agribusiness microeconomic modelling skills.
Working in the Crops team within Informa Economics IEG, Adam gains insights from data mining efforts and contributing to special projects in grains and oilseed.

He began work with us in the Livestock, Meat, Poultry and Dairy team, so has valuable cross-sector experience. He gained a master’s of science degree in agricultural economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he focused on time-series analysis of commodities futures markets.
